The person's attention is so focused while in this state that anything going on around the person is temporarily blocked out. When the mind is in a relaxed state, any therapeutic suggestions can have great effect on attitudes, perceptions and behaviours.

Hypnotherapy can be used to treat anxiety, weight loss, smoking, undesirable spontaneous behaviours and bad habits. It can be used to help improve sleep and help you to have an empowered mindset.

You Are In Control

Suggestions given to you by the practitioner will be installed only if those suggestions are acceptable to the client. Contrary to popular belief, you can’t be hypnotised into doing things against your will. You can’t be forced into a hypnotic state either. You must give your permission to the practitioner and you must allow yourself to be hypnotised. Hypnotherapy is a voluntary altering of your own consciousness, and you are always in control. In other words, you are hypnotising yourself.
