A Clarity Call allows for us to discuss where you are at currently, where you would like to be and how we can work together so that you can create the life you choose.

Cancellation Policy

Depending on the service or workshop full payment, deposit, or a credit card on file will be required at the time of booking, please review my office polices before booking an appointment. There are no refunds for deposits or purchased appointments, packages, workshops or gift certificates however if you need to cancel your appointment and do so 24 hours before the appointment time you will be able to reschedule it to another date. The card on file will be charged in the event of a no-show or last minute cancellation if not previously paid. CANCELLATION POLICY I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honoured. 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. If there is a card on file it will be charged, otherwise the amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. NO-SHOWS Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to both myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. WORKSHOP CANCELLATION AND DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY All workshop deposits are non-refundable. If you paid a deposit for a workshop and cannot attend and have cancelled 24 hours before the beginning of workshop your deposit may be applied to a future workshop within 1 year. If you cancel without 24 hours notice before the beginning of a workshop or are a no-show to a workshop your deposit cannot be refunded or applied to a future class. If you have paid in full for a workshop and are a no-show your payment cannot be refunded or applied to a future class. This policy is in fairness to all as my workshop sizes are small and often have a wait list. Thank you for understanding.
