Yin Breathwork

Service Description

Private Group Sessions are for 4 - 6 people. Bring your friends together for a journey of meditation, sound and Yin Breathwork. We will begin the journey with a guided meditation to land you into the space before taking you on a journey of Yin Breathwork and Sound. Once I have guided you into the breathing rhythm and you are already well on the way to the deep meditative state. Throughout the session I will incorporate Sound Healing using a number of instruments such as Native American Flute, Medicine Drum, Crystal Bowls, Tongue Drum and Koshi Chimes and my voice. Followed by a sharing and closing circle with a fresh fruit platter.

Cancellation Policy

Depending on the service or workshop full payment, deposit, or a credit card on file will be required at the time of booking, please review my office polices before booking an appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment and do so 48 hours before the appointment time you will be able to reschedule it to another date. The card on file will be charged in the event of a no-show or last minute cancellation if not previously paid. CANCELLATION POLICY I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honoured. NO-SHOWS Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
