Yin Breathwork

Service Description

With Yin Breathwork, we learn to surrender to our breath’s natural rhythm. Unlike some breathwork styles that can be forceful or intense, Yin Breathwork encourages a gentle, allowing approach. By focusing on gentleness and the breath’s natural flow, we can connect more deeply with our inner selves. We can clear energy and gain insights and understanding at a deeper level. Once I have guided you into the breathing rhythm and you are already well on the way to the deep meditative state. Throughout the session I will incorporate Sound Healing using a number of instruments such as Native American Flute, Medicine Drum, Crystal Bowls, Tongue Drum and Koshi Chimes and my voice.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel your appointment and do so 48 hours before the appointment time you will be able to reschedule it to another date. The card on file will be charged in the event of a no-show or last minute cancellation if not previously paid. BOOKING FEE A non-refundable booking fee is required for clients to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total cost of the service booked. CANCELLATION Cancellations 48 hours before your appointment will void your booking fee, and a new booking fee is required before making another appointment. NO-SHOWS Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive to your appointment 5mins prior to your booking time. If you are more than 15 minutes later after your booking time your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will not be refunded. A new booking fee will need to be paid to reschedule another appointment.
